Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that it was a matter of highest satisfaction for him that he tried and succeeded to run the government on the path shown by Jesus Christ, reports Republic TV.

CM Kejrival termed forgiveness is the greatest message which Jesus gave. “We’d be lucky to be able to obey even one per cent of his teachings,” he said.

CM tried to piggyback Jesus Christ when he said on Friday that his government had tried to serve the poor in the way Jesus Christ had shown. Kejriwal said Jesus served the poor and destitute throughout his life, and the AAP government has also opened Mohalla Clinics, provided free care in Government hospitals in Delhi, and improved education for the poor.

“It is a matter of utmost satisfaction to us that we’ve tried to run the government along the direction shown by Jesus Christ,” said Arvind Kejriwal.
