Pumpwell flyover is ready for inauguration tomorrow (January 31st, 2020).
Finally the time has arrived for the inauguration of long awaited Pumpwell fly over in Mangalore. The project was started 10 years ago as a part of the four-laning of NH 66.

As per the sources, Mr. Nalin Kumar Kateel, MP of Dakshina Kannada Lok Sabha, State President of BJP will launch the fly over at 9 a.m., on January 31st, 2020. There would not be any chances to postpone the program.
The progress of the Pumpwell flyover was examined by Nalin Kumar Kateel on Wednesday 29th January 2020. MLA of the city of Mangaluru south Vedavyasa Kamath, immediate past president of BJP of Mangaluru constituency Santhosh Kumar Rai Boliyar and MCC corporates Sudhir Shetty Kannour, Chandravati Vishwanath & Sandeep Garodi accompanied him.
Project Director of India’s National Highways Authority Mr. Shishu Mohan stated that the flyover is traffic-worthy and can open any day before 31 January. A formal inauguration or opening depends on the protocol.
